Zusammenfassung:The association between asthma and the risk factors studied was assessed by logistic regression analysis at a 5% statistical significance. Results Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that after allowing for sex, age and family history of asthma, neck circumference (NC>90th percentile) was associated with severe asthma (odds ratio; [95% confidence interval] (2.09 [1.13-3.86]; p =0.018).
