Zusammenfassung: | In a panel discussion, several executives discussed the processes and infrastructure needed to meet the competitive technical intelligence (CTI) needs of upper management. The panelists were: 1. Ferrers Clark of the National Research Council, 2. Jan Herring of Herring & Associates, 3. Wayne Rosenkrans of Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, and 4. Franz Tessun of Daimler-Benz Aerospace AG. Tessun believes that it is not a good idea to define CI or CTI as if they were independent of existing processes. Technical intelligence is not going away, but it may be declining. |
