Successful Thrombolysis of Inferior Vena Cava Thrombosis in a Preterm Neonate

Inferior vena cava thrombosis accounts for an important percental of neonatal venous thromboses and is associated with various risk factos. The case of a premature baby born to a 42-year-old Caucasian mother is discussed.
