Zusammenfassung: | According to the observation, within 14 d, no mice showed obvious abnormal response, and all mice behaved well, with ruddy skin and glossy hair, free of fester, and showed no abnormal secreta for the eyes, ears, mouth and nose. The maximum administration dosage refers to the maximum dosage administrated by one time or multiple times within 24 h[1_41. Because in the trial test, each mouse was administrated the paste at the maximum concentration (1.2 g/ml) with the maximum administration volume (0.4 ml/10 g) through a No. 12 syringe needle by gavage, and no mice died or showed obvious abnormal response, in the formal test, each mouse was administrated Qiangli Bupi Paste group at the dose of 48 g/kg by one time. No animals died, so the LD50 of the tested animals could not be determined; and no abnormities were observed, the maximum tolerance dose of the tested sample could not be determined. [...]the test determined the maximum administration dosage of the tested sample. |
