Zusammenfassung:New data for the Early and Late Carboniferous sections of the Russian platform (Moscow syneclise and Donbass) are presented. Magneto-mineralogical studies are carried out to identify the magnetic minerals—carriers of natural remanent magnetization. Extensive Late Paleozoic remagnetization of Carboniferous rocks is revealed. The obtained paleomagnetic data allowed us to determine the average paleomagnetic poles for the Gzhelian, Serpukhovian, and Visean stages of Carboniferous deposits of the Moscow syneclise.
