Zusammenfassung: | Regenerable natural resources play an increasingly important role in many industries. Therefore in this paper the authors propose a Wagner/Whitin stock control model for growing, procuring, processing and delivering products based on natural resources to customers and propose its transformation to the classical Wagner/Whitin model. For this problem the authors put the question of determining stability regions for the growth and discount rates. Furthermore, the case of an infinite number of periods will be studied, for which the properties of the stationary solutions can be characterized. |
