Severe visual-field constriction and side-effects of GABA-mimetic antiepileptic agents

Baulac et al's study of the side effects of GABA-mimetic antiepileptic agents indicates that the incidence of symptomatic and symptomless visual-field constriction should be accurately established, and patients at risk identified and screened.
