High-strength pancreatic enzyme supplements and large-bowel stricture in cystic fibrosis

Researchers have reported five cases of intestinal obstruction due to a fibrotic stricture of the colon. A similar case involving a three-year-old boy with cystic fibrosis who took pancreatic enzyme supplements is described in a letter to the editor.
