Protease inhibitor-associated hyperglycaemia

Dube et al found that protease inhibitors can be associated with a non-ketosis-prone hyperglycemia that occurs 1-7 months after starting treatment and that hyperglycemia is responsive to sulphonylurea or insulin treatment.
