Zusammenfassung: | Two patients, a 31-year-old man and a 29-year-old man, were admitted to our hospital for further evaluation of heart murmur and exertional dyspnoea. In addition to abnormalities on their chest radiographs and electrocardiograms suggestive of right ventricular overload, two-dimensional Doppler echocardiography revealed enlarged right atrium with severe tricuspid regurgitation, aberrant muscular bands of the right ventricle but no definitive left ventricular abnormality in the patients. |
