Zusammenfassung: | Sixty employers who hired graduates from the Division of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of North Texas were surveyed. The purpose of the study was to assess the of quality of the graduates based upon their level of competence in their current managerial positions. The levels of manager satisfaction with 36 manager-trainee competencies were identified by the researchers. The findings of this survey can assist in developing the appropriate curriculum to meet this program's educational mission. |
