Zusammenfassung: | The focus is thus predominantly clinical, and the reader will find less basic science than in other neurologic works; on the other hand, clinical pediatric neurology in general and epilepsy and migraine in particular are the author's noted strengths and compendia of current basic research very soon become outdated. Epilepsy and migraine are the largest of several sections, possibly too large to be read conveniently during the clinician's brief leisure, but there are also sections devoted to attention deficit disorder, behavioral problems and neurometabolic diseases. |
