Zusammenfassung:Wells syndrome, part of eosinophilic dermatosis, is characterized by infiltrated plaques with edema and erythema, which resolve without scarring and are accompanied by peripheral blood eosinophilia. Familial cases have been described. We report a case of this group of rare dermatosis, pathological studies are essential for diagnosing as clinically encountered numerous differential diagnoses.
