Zusammenfassung: | Cadmium sulfide–Graphene nanocomposite was synthesized by the chemical precipitation method. Phase formation of the CdS–Graphene nanocomposite was inspected with powder X-ray diffraction, the typical surface morphology was done by using field emission scanning electron microscopy and the transmission electron microscopy, equipped with energy dispersion spectroscopy. The different functional groups were identified by using FT-IR and Raman spectroscopy. The optical properties were analyzed using UV absorption spectrum and photoluminescence spectra. The dielectric properties were examined in the different frequencies and the different temperatures. |
