Zusammenfassung:This research is a quantitative study. Insurance industry has been targeted and questionnaire method has been used. The sample size determined as 382. However, 320 questionnaires have been included in the analysis because of missing values in some questionnaires. The results showed that the trust of employees working in the insurance sector in the organization is at a high level, and that this reliance has an effect on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. However, among the employees, the opinion that managers do not create a positive work environment for them is common. Another important result of the research is that organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors of the employees in the insurance sector are at a high level and their organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behaviors. It has also been revealed that organizational culture has a negative and statistically significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
