Zusammenfassung: | Shubo and Qiang discuss the ownership of recovered goods, previously deemed to have been lost. Through a systematic analysis of the relevant articles of China Maritime Code, the they point out that the question of the ownership of recovered goods is not addressed in the China Maritime Code (hereafter "CMC") or in International Maritime Legislation. By comparing and referring to provisions in other relevant laws, they put forward some concrete proposals on the revision of Article 50 of CMC concerning the ownership of such recovered goods. |
