Zusammenfassung: | Hybrid business classroom environments are often reported as having positive outcomes on learning. However, the parsing of such outcomes, and students' attitudes towards the approach, have been less examined. This study offers a focused examination of students' attitudes towards and outcomes from the use of online videos in a hybrid format, in an effort to uncover the most effective means of implementation. A key finding is that although they are beneficial for all students, there are differences in what motivates men vs. women to perceive videos to be useful, and thus different techniques to encourage their use may be warranted. |
