Zusammenfassung: | In the US today, most states require continuing education for teachers, according to recent research. Many states have very specific professional development requirements doe beginning teachers. Some of the programs to help teachers fulfill these requirements are called induction programs, and many are connected to policies concerning permanent licensure or school-district tenure.
