Zusammenfassung: | In this paper the climate of Necochea-Quequén cities and the region for the period 1997-2006 is described. Temperature, atmospheric pressure, and wind speed trends between 1997-2006 and 1956-1967 were analyzed, as well as the rainfall trend for 1950-1999. Mean annual temperature vary from 13.4 to 15.1oC. Rainfall descends in a NE-SW direction and it distributes along the year with the maximum in summer and the minimum in fall. Predominant winds come from the N and NW every season. Mean annual temperature in Necochea-Quequén showed a significant increase of 1.1oC. Maximun mean temperature a showed significant negative trend of -0.3oC and minimum mean temperature a showed a significant positive trend of 2.8oC. Diurnal temperature range decreased 2.6oC partially related to the increased in minimum mean temperature. No trend was found in the rainfall data. Trends in atmospheric pressure and wind speed were not significant. This study shows signs of climate change in the region. |
