Zusammenfassung:Samples of CdS x Se1 - x films were obtained by screen printing. It is shown that samples represent a granular composite with a high oxygen content (up to 20%). It is proved that transitions in the forbidden region of the CdS x Se1 - x solid solution are responsible for light absorption changing the material resistance. The dependence of CdS x Se1 - x samples resistance on illumination is studied. It is discovered that this type of materials has a photocurrent/dark current ratio higher than ten to the fifth power.
