Capital intelectual y resultados empresariales en la cadena de la madera de Oberá (Argentina)

This paper seeks to analyze the impact of intellectual capital on business performance. A model is elaborated to study organizations located in developing countries areas. The investigation was conducted using a survey to the timber value chain firms in Oberá, Misiones (Argentine).The main conclusions are that it exists a direct relationship between relation capital and business performance and indirect between this and human capital and structural capital.
