Cultural aspect and technological development: a Chinese perspective

This paper explores the cultural characteristics that deter and stimulate the development of a total technology and identifies the significant cultural differences among individuals with strong and weak Chinese cultural inclinations through statistical analysis of the results of an empirical survey.
