Zusammenfassung:Methods We compared transthoracic echocardiographic (TTE) paired data (LVEF, LVEDVi, LVESVi, LAVi, LAD, sPAP, anteroposterior (AP) and latero-lateral (LL) systolic mitral annulus diameter) of 152 consecutive patients who underwent Neochord procedure at our Center between November 2013 and July 2017. Conclusion Neochord procedure determines significative changes in mitral valve and left ventricle geometry after 1 and 2 years since the procedure despite the absence of a concomitant annuloplasty procedure.
