PARQUES TECNOLÓGICOS E INCUBADORAS: UMA ANÁLISE DO PROCESSO DE PRÉ-INCUBAÇÃO DE EMPRESAS DE BASE TECNOLÓGICA

Technological parks and incubators of technology-based enterprises are organizations that emerged in Brazil after 1980. The objective of this work is to identify the relevant aspects for the success of entrepreneurs in the pre-incubation phase of their companies in a technological incubator. The study is qualitative and descriptive, using the case study methodology in two incubators and one technological park in São Paulo State, Brazil, as according to the Global Innovation Index 2013 São Paulo is one of the twenty cities considered startup global ecosystem. Interviews with managers and entrepreneurs were conducted in a semi structured way, being based on thew triple helix model (university, industry and government) and the Brazilian Incubators National Association Report of 2012. Strengths and weaknesses of the pre-incubation process of companies of technological are reported.
