Country managers in transitional economies: The case of Vietnam

Managers of multinational companies in Vietnam reveal the challenges they encounter in performing their tasks amidst the country's changing economic setting. Sources of challenges they consider to be the most difficult are public officials, customers, workers, headquarters and personal life.
