Zusammenfassung: | Advertising a service is different from advertising a product. Because of the nature of a service, an intangible, and the nature of the product, tangible, different strategies are more effective. Some advertising strategies set standards for employees, encourage word of mouth communication, and relate to tangible clues and objects. Advertising of intangible services should also try to clearly identify the service and express as much continuity over the history of the service as possible. These guidelines will help to make service advertising more effective. |
