Zusammenfassung:Food literacy is a relatively new construct, which concerns "the everyday practicalities associated with navigating the food system and using it in order to ensure a regular food intake that is consistent with nutrition recommendation." A systematic review of conceptual and empirical studies in the field of food literacy inspired the design of the proposed assessment tool.
