Zusammenfassung:Editors face ethical dilemmas when conflicts arise between their loyalties to readers, to authors, and to employers. They can systematically resolve such conflicts by applying an analytical decision-making process called "value analysis". An examination of codes of ethics of communication-related professional organizations identified ten core values to use in applying the model.
