Zusammenfassung:In order to achieve the purpose of the study, teachers working in an institution of higher education participated, who already had some training in the training program. The research was framed in a quantitative and nonexperimental methodology that was based around three research questions. The data collected in this study may provide support for educational institutions that design training programs in the creation and implementation of new academic offerings.
