Zusammenfassung:Vaughn highlights the strategic planning they discussed for the American Association of School Librarians (AASL). Among other things, they were prepared for the task--as they had all read the book Good to Be Great, and they had in their minds what it would take to ensure that AASL is a great association. Board members had also conducted informal forums across the US all fall. They had the results from the forums to keep them focused on what members and non-members want in an association.
