Transmural endoscopic drainage and local infusion of antibiotics through nasocystic catheter in infected pancreatic necrosis: Is possible to avoid necrosectomy?

Methods: Retrospective study of patients admitted for Acute Pancreatitis (AP) in our Department between January 2015 and December 2016. Conclusions: By using our step-up therapeutic approach, two thirds of patients with IPN required transgastric drainage.
