Zusammenfassung:Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) observed dilatation of the MPD (up to 23 mm) and multiple cystic dilations of the secondary ducts with two mural nodules of 11 and 7 mm in the pancreatic head and body. The pancreatic resection showed a multilocular cystic lesion due to dilatation of the MPD and secondary ducts located in the head and body of the pancreas of 6,5 cm in diameter, with seromucinous content and solid intra-cystic papillary forms with cellular atypia.
