Zusammenfassung:64/112(57.1%) were positive and 15/112(13.4%) were poly-microbial cultures. 115/179 were negative or unrealized, of which 76/115(66%) received empiric treatment (Piperacillin-Tazobactam and/or Amoxicillin-Clavulanic).Conclusions: Evolution was worse in AC patients who needed to modify the empirical antibiotic therapy, with a longer length of hospital stay and mortality.
