A rare case of systemic diffuse B-cell lymphoma presenting as pancreatitis

Introduction: Diffuse B-cell Lymphoma is the most common histologic subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). PET (positron emission tomography) scan was done and a diagnosis of Systemic-DLBCL with Lugano Stage-4 classification and High-Risk International prognostic index was made.
