Serous cystic neoplasm in a surgical series

Methods: Retrospective study of all pancreatic cystic neoplasms that underwent resection at a tertiary hospital during the last 10 years. The remaining 2 cases were operated because of the tumor size or lesion growth. 5 SNC were located in the body of the pancreas, 3 in the tail and 2 in the head.
