Zusammenfassung:POLITICS MAY PROVE TO BE THE USEFUL INTEGRATOR AND THE STIMULANT TO DEBATE IF VIEWED AS THE ORDERING CONCEPT TO THEORIES OF ORGANIZATION. A MODEL OF ORGANIZATIONAL GOVERNMENT AND POLITICS 'FRAMED IN TERMS OF MULTIVARIATE-ANALYSIS' IS PRESENTED TO FACILITATE THE SIMULTANEOUS HANDLING OF SYSTEM THEORIES AND ACTION THEORIES. THE MODEL INTEGRATES THE FOLLOWING TOPICS- 1. POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT AND IDEOLOGY OF OWNERSHIP, 2. ORGANIZATIONAL DOCTRINES AND ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL IDEOLOGIES, 3. CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES AND STRUCTURES, 4. LEGITIMACY, 5. CULTURE OF THE ORGANIZATION, 6. ORGANIZATIONAL DECISION-MAKING, 7. POWER AND CONFLICT, 8. ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AND REFORM, AND 9. TYPOLOGIES OF ORGANIZATIONAL GOVERNMENT. BY NOT ASSUMING THAT THERE IS 'ONE BEST WAY' TO GOVERN AN ORGANIZATION, THE BELIEF IN PANACEAS CAN BE AVOIDED - ESPECIALLY WHEN POLITICAL IMPLICATIONS ARE CONSIDERED. CHART.
