Zusammenfassung: | The patient was referred to the general surgery clinic for evaluation of metastatic breast cancer with an unknown primary tumor. The need for regional lymph node dissection has been discussed, but as a result of the paucity of cases of lymphatic spread, it is not currently used. No current chemotherapy regimens have been developed to date.3 The recurrence of rate of SSDC is difficult to establish as a result of the rarity of the cancer and the lack of a standardized treatment regimen. |
