Zusammenfassung: | An abstract of a study by Avila and Chelvakumar assessing whether a sexual minority cultural competency workshop would increase the level of knowledge and comfort of pediatric residents in providing care to gender and sexual minorities (GSM) patients. Results showed that out of the 143 residents to whom the workshop was offered, a total of 103 attended the workshop either online or in person and completed a survey (72% participation rate).
