Zusammenfassung: | This article approaches the poetical work of Peruvian writer Sebastián Salazar Bondy (1924-1965), and its relationship with a group of journalistic articles he wrote during the fifties in La Prensa, as well as the testimonies of writers which became aware of the importance of Salazar's work, soon after his death. In those articles, Salazar Bondy develops a series of concepts concerning Poetics (poetical language, the role of poet in modern society, and others aspects). I intend to demonstrate how these topics are reflected in his most representative poem, "Todo esto es mi país", in order to show the coherence of his poetical work, a fact that has been overlooked by recent criticism. |
