Zusammenfassung: | This paper aims to evaluate the strategy of the Teaching Case as an active methodology in the development of skills in students of an undergraduate business school of a Public University, located in the state of Ceará. In order to be achieved such evaluation, the strategy was used in three disciplines, of which two were required in the curriculum and one was elective. Subsequently, a questionnaire was applied among the 80 participants who were submitted to this methodology, raising hypotheses about the development of skills in the students through the use of the Teaching Case. The methodological procedure, which was a test of hypotheses, pointed out results that confirmed the positive influence on the development of skills in the students when they are predisposed to the use of the case, emphasizing that through the discussion of a case it is possible to improve the argumentation, and that the use of the case is opportune to improve the communication capacity as well as the managerial capacity of the students. |
