Unusual Presentation of Primary Splenic Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma of Red Pulp

Bone marrow biopsy was negative for hematopoietic disease. Some characteristic features of DLBCLRP include lymphoma cells infiltrate diffusely and noncohesively in the cords of splenic red pulp, frequent bone marrow and liver involvement, limited local lymph node involvement without systemic lymphadenopathy, hemophagocytosis of normal histiocytes in the splenic red pulp, etc.
