Zusammenfassung: | Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is an aggressive subtype of B-cell lymphoma that represents 7% of non-Hodgkin cases, composed of CD5-positive naive B-cell of mantle zone surrounding germinal center follicles. Additionally, our case demonstrates that peritoneal MCL recurrence could be underrecognized in patient(s) even after curative resection of an unrelated entity; the underlying mechanism is likely related to wound contamination, peritoneal trauma, postoperative immunosuppression, and potentially various surgical routes. © American Society for Clinical Pathology Am J Clin Pathol 2015;144: |
