Zusammenfassung:Phase equilibria in the Sm2O3 – Fe2O3 – CoO and Sm2O3 – CaO – CoO systems were systematically studied at 1100 °C in air. The following solid solutions: SmFe1-xCoxO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 1), Ca3-ySmyCo2O6-δ (0.6 ≤ y ≤ 0.7) and Sm2-rCarCoO4-δ (0.8 ≤ r ≤ 1) have been detected in the studied systems. Structural parameters for the single phase samples were refined using the Rietveld analysis. Thermal expansion, electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of SmFe1-xCoxO3-δ(x = 0.2, 0.5 and 0.8), Ca2.3Sm0.7Co2O6-δ and SmCaCoO4-δ were measured within the temperature range of 25–1100 °C in air. The subsolidus phase diagrams for the ½ Sm2O3 – ½ Fe2O3 – CoO system and ½ Sm2O3 – CaO – CoO system both at 1100 °C in air have been constructed.
