Zusammenfassung:We report the effects of post Ar and air annealing of La0.3Pr0.4Ca0.3MnO3 microbridges which do not initially show spatial confinement effects. The removal or addition of oxygen via the post annealing changes the sizes and distribution of the metallic and insulating phase domains within these films and can create spatial confinement effects such as percolation induced resistance jumps and tunneling magnetoresistance.
