Zusammenfassung: | The feasibility of applying energy- and resource-saving technologies in the modernization of the existing metallurgical industries associated with the production and use of high-purity hydrogen is clearly illustrated on a few practical examples. One way of reducing energy consumption is by using natural gas as a feedstock for the production of high-purity hydrogen instead of using the electrolysis method. Another way of reducing energy consumption in the production of high-purity hydrogen is by developing high-purity hydrogen reuse systems. |
