Zusammenfassung:The effect the shape anisotropy of particles of compacted CrO 2 powders have on tunnel magnetoresistance is investigated in the temperature range of 4.2–20 K. Measurements are made at different orientations of the magnetic field relative to the sample plane. It is shown that the anisotropy of the low-temperature tunnel magnetoresistance of compacted as a powders, result of the orientation of the magnetic field relative to the pressing axis, depends on the particle shape anisotropy.
