Zusammenfassung:	A mathematical model describing the isothermal spreading of a liquid droplet on a horizontal substrate with allowance for the effect of slipping is studied by quasi-stationary means. Patterns in the variation of the droplet profile and the wetting radius are determined within the considered model. Calculations for a dimensionless case are performed on the basis of the obtained results.
