Zusammenfassung: | Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is behavior that extends beyond that required by an organization in a formal job description. Individuals exhibiting the organizational citizenship behavior, to devote many extra effort they think will contribute to the organization and these efforts are put forth regardless of direct response.The purpose of study is to find out the impact on organizational citizenship behavior and gender role behavior . The results obtained in the similar purposes previously made with the results obtained in this study the research being carried out preliminary work has been discussed in terms of similarities and differences sample. In this study conducted on 207 employees. Results proved that feminity characteristics' effect on OCB is stronger than masculinity. |
