Zusammenfassung:Case Report: A 26-year-old male with AIDS complicated by disseminated Kaposi's sarcoma of the skin, mucus membranes, lungs and colon, who is on HAART and chemotherapy presented with worsening shortness of breath and increasing abdominal girth for 10 days. Discussion: Most cases of chylothorax with chylous ascites in patients with Kaposi's sarcoma were reported to be associated with an infection like tuberculosis (TB) and Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC).
