A45 INTERVENTIONAL PULMONARY: CLINICAL STUDIES: Comparison Of Quantitative CT With Chartis Measurement To Assess Collateral Ventilation As Predictor To Success In Endoscopic Lung Volume Reduction With Valves

Rationale: Patients with severe emphysema and hyperinflation may be candidates for endoscopic lung volume reduction (ELVR) with valves. Zusammenfassung:Rationale: Patients with severe emphysema and hyperinflation may be candidates for endoscopic lung volume reduction (ELVR) with valves. Inter-lobar collateral ventilation was measured for 140 lobes with Chartis system as the references. 9 different quantitative CT measurements were screened to find QCT predictors of collateral ventilation: fissure integrity (FI), lung/lobe total volumes, tissue mass, air volumes, low attenuation area (LAA-950), heterogeneity score, low attenuation cluster (LAC) slope, vascular volume and %volume small peripheral vessel.
